All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, and other creative content on this website are created by or belong to Arts of Ranilyn unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update our products, prices, policies, and these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

We do our best to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and details for every product.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Original Paintings

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind artworks. Each original is individually painted and will only be available for purchase once unless otherwise stated.

The purchase of an original artwork gives you ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

All prices are displayed on the product pages and checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may have their own terms, validity periods, and availability.

Please review your order carefully before placing it, including your selected products, variations, quantity, shipping information, and contact details.

We only accept payment through the manual payment method indicated at checkout.

For manual payments, payment must be completed before placing your order. After placing your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with your proof of payment so that we can verify your payment.

An order will remain On Hold until payment has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received or cannot be verified.

Order Status

You may see the following order statuses on your order page:

• On Hold — payment is awaiting confirmation.
• Processing — payment has been confirmed and your order is being prepared.
• Completed — your order has been shipped.

We currently offer shipping within the Philippines only, except for Mail Club, which is available internationally via Patreon and Ko-Fi.

Shipping fees are based on the delivery region, such as Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, and are displayed during checkout.

Please make sure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We usually ship every second and fourth Sundays of the month, via J&T Express nationwide. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email, which you can use to track your order via J&T Website.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. While we will do our best to assist with delivery concerns, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Estimated arrival is 1-3 days within the Luzon area, and up to 7days within Visayas and Mindanao.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, if you receive an incorrect item, or if there is another issue with your order.

For damaged items, we may ask you to provide photographs or other information so we can properly assess the issue.

If the issue is caused by an error on our part, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Because our products are made in limited quantities and some are handmade or one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please make sure you are purchasing the correct item and have reviewed its description, size, variation, and other details before checking out.

If your order has an issue because you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Order cancellation requests may be considered if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Gentle Hours Mail Club is a monthly art mail experience featuring artwork, letters, and small keepsakes inspired by quiet moments and everyday life.

Each month’s edition may contain different items and may have limited availability.

Mail Club editions, sign-up periods, prices, included items, freebies, and promotions may vary from month to month.

Mail Club Add-ons

Every month, a new sticker sheet and postcard collections, related to the mail club theme, are released. These are discounted throughout the month of release and can be purchased by non-mail club members or without availing of the full mail edition.

Some postcard designs may be available with customization options, such as With Quote or Without Quote.

Please check your selected variation before adding the item to your cart. We are not responsible for an incorrect variation selected by the customer.

All artwork, paintings, illustrations, designs, logos, photographs, written content, and other creative materials on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unless otherwise stated, all such content belongs to Arts of Ranilyn / Ranilyn.

Purchasing a physical artwork, print, postcard, sticker, or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

You may not reproduce, copy, trace, redistribute, modify, resell, or commercially use our artwork or designs without prior written permission from the artist. This includes using our artwork for merchandise, promotional materials, digital products, NFTs, or other commercial purposes.

We welcome honest reviews from customers who have purchased our products. If you encounter issues or problems with the items you received, please contact us first before leaving a negative review, to give us a chance to provide a solution and fix it.

Reviews should be genuine and should not contain:

• False or misleading information
• Spam or promotional content
• Offensive or abusive material
• Content that infringes another person’s rights
• Content unrelated to the product or purchasing experience
